Hello,
I have logged into the website this evening to find over 40 comments awaiting approval, the majority of which are for packs.
If you have not received your race pack tomorrow after your post has been(Friday 23rd March), please CALL US on 01522 873771, I understand that the line can get busy and it may be difficult but please keep trying. Some people are unaware they need to collect their pack as the email did not reach them. and it could be here waiting, alternatively if your pack has been posted we can help so please ring.
We will have staff in the office all day so if your call does go to the answer machine it could be that we are all on the phone so please be patient. We will endevour to answer any voicemails however this will depend on numbers received.
I will be at The Grandstand Community Centre on Saturday 24 March 10-4.30 with all the packs that haven’t been collected, if it is possible for you or a friend to collect your pack then please do so. We realise that alot of people cannot make it into Lincoln on the Saturday therefore you can collect your pack from the information tent at Yarborough Leisure Centre on Sunday morning 7am-10am. Please arrive in plenty of time and be prepared to queue as the information tent does get quite busy.
