The Company Challenge
Prizes given for the Male first, second and third teams and Female, first, second and third teams.
If you would like to enter the Company Challenge you must have a minimum of 3 males or 3 females (not mixed) to your team.
The winning teams, will be the first all male (3) OR all female (3)team with the lowest combined chip time.
Second place will go to the next lowest 3 Male OR Female Team combined chip time
Third will go to the next lowest 3 Male OR 3 Female Team combined chip time.
Example:- your team consists of 9 female runners, it is a superteam taking the first nine female finishers. You would win first prize for the first three team members, second for team members four, five and six and third place for team members seven, eight and nine.
The Athletics Team
To enter as an Athletic Team you must be affiliated with a running club. Your team must have a minimum of 4 male or female runners (not mixed) . The times are calculated the same as the Company Challenge . Please see above

Is it possible to create a team from people who have entered individually if they haven’t filled in the team name?

Yes it is, just email 10keventofficer@lincoln.gov.uk with the team members name/race nume or ref number and the team name and we will match you up,

We’d like to enter a team from charity members (Lincolnshire Emergency Medical Response) – how can I add team members as each one enters the race?

Please ensure each runner enters in the company challenge and states the Team name on their entry form, once everyone has enetered please email us a list of all the team members names, 10k ref number/race number. The email should be sent to 10keventofficer@lincoln.gov.uk

To enter as a company team, do the members enter individually and fill in something on the entry form( i admit to not having looked at the entry form yet!) or is there a seperate form for team entries?

Yes each runner will need to enter individually, there is a question on the form asking if you are running as a team, what the team name is and who else is running in that team. Please list as many names as possible so we can match you application forms up.
