The 2012 Primary and Secondary School Races will take place on Saturday 24th March 2012
Please note: This race will start at Lincoln Castle and finish at Yarborough Leisure Centre. Parents/Guardians must make arrangements before the day of the race for their child to be collected after the race. A child may only be collected by the Parent/Guardian who has the tear off strip from the child’s race number.

Hi where can I find our more information on the “come and try it” sessions?
Hi Ben,
There is lots of information in the runners guide. If you haven’t got one of those the sessions will be running from 10-4pm on Saturday 24th and involve a wide range of sports clubs inc: Athletics, Dance, Dance mats, Goalball, Golf, Handball, Hockey, POarkour, New age kurling, Rugby, Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Sitting volleyball, Waterpolo, Squash/Racket ball, Wheelchair basketball, Swimming, inc diving and Judo/Martial arts! There will also be a performance from the Dance Factor winners!

Hi! I entered the 3k race last saturday. I was wondering how long does it take for the package to arrive?

No packs have ben sent out for the children’s races yet but you will receive it in plenty of time for the race,

Will the roads be closed for the Children’s Races?

Yes the roads will be closed for the childrens route but only the roads they will be running on, please race routes for info.

I am 8. Am I allowed to run this race?
Hi Kye,
Unfortunately not, unless you turn 9 before March 24 2012? However, you can come to Yarborough Leisure Centre on Saturday 24th March (between 10-4) and take part in some “come and try it” sessions. There will be different sports clubs there and loads to do!
